how it fits in the autistic adults life and tools and strategies that can help.
This supports an autistic adult to work towards goals that autism may be getting in the way of

An autistic adult needing
o Help with work related challenges relating to autism such as getting, keeping or returning to employment
o Help and support with next steps after High school
o Help with tools and strategies around tertiary studies
o Tools and strategies and practice at dealing with anxiety specific to autism
o Tools and strategies for dealing with autistic overwhelm (Melt Downs) andautistic burnout
o Help with family or partner relationships and/or retaining & keeping friends
o Help, support and practical tools in an autistic adults journey of parenting

Individualised Funding may be accessed to pay for Autism Life Coaching
